With this form you can cancel your appointment at LUNA Hasselt. It does not allow you to make an appointment. You can only make an appointment by phone, during opening hours, on the number 011.23 29 91.
From Hasselt Station you can take a taxi; a drive to the LUNA abortion centre costs about € 10.

NB: The building has different numbers. Use the door with number 81. Ring the bell for LUNA, the door will be opened and then you take the lift or use the staircase to the second floor.
Take the N 715 from Hechtel to Hasselt. In Zonhoven the number of this road changes to 74. Drive across the bridge over the canal, get into the left lane and take the main ring road (R71) around Hasselt driving on the left. The LUNA abortion centre is at the fourth traffic lights on the ring road!
At the fourth traffic lights go right, and after about 15 metres you can drive onto the grounds from the right. You will see a sign that says ‘”LUNA abortuscentrum” at the beginning of the driveway.
Drive around the building and park at the front of the building in the spaces where there is a “LUNA” board. Now you are parked just in front of our frontdoor with number 81. Ring the bell for LUNA, the door will be opened and then you take the lift or use the staircase to the second floor.
You drive in the direction of Hasselt via the N 702. When you arrive at the main ring turn left at the temporary traffic lights. At the second traffic lights go right, and after about 15 metres you can drive onto the grounds from the right. You will see a sign that says ‘”LUNA abortuscentrum” at the beginning of the driveway.
Take the E 313 in the direction of Hasselt – Luik. Take exit no. 29 Hasselt-Kortessem. When you leave the exit follow the sign for Hasselt. Turn right at the second traffic lights, and get onto the main ring road around Hasselt. Take a left at the next traffic lights.
Take the E 314 to Lummen (that is where the E313 and the E314 meet) and then take the E313 in the direction of Hasselt-Luik. Take exit no. 29 Hasselt-Kortessem. When you leave the exit follow the sign for Hasselt. Turn right at the second traffic lights, and get onto the main ring road around Hasselt. Take a left at the next traffic lights.
In Tienen take the N3 in the direction of St-Truiden, and then take the N80 express way until the main ring road in Hasselt (R71). The water tower that is to your right is a point of reference. Get into the right lane and onto the main ring road (R71) around Hasselt. Turn left at the third traffic lights. The LUNA abortion centre is in the large white building that you see to your left.
Take the N 20 to Hasselt until the main ring road (R71) in Hasselt. Turn right onto the main ring road (R71). Turn left at the next traffic lights.
